I thought I’d make a fun little “what’s in my bag” post, so here we are! I made the bag myself after seeing the infamous American Apparel leather pouch pretty much everywhere. I just couldn’t justify dropping 60 bones on a simple bag that I could make myself, so I bought this huge piece of amazing yellow leather off eBay for 40 bucks, nylon thread, a leather needle and a metal zipper and made one. It’s so easy to throw your stuff into and it’s the perfect thing to hold your resumés in for interviews! But wait–the best part? I made a blue and red lining so my stuff wouldn’t scratch the underside of the leather (a major annoyance with the original pouch)…and it’s a divider too!
The rest of the stuff in my bag is pretty self explanatory. iPhone with a cute vintage camera-case? Check. Colour blocking leather wallet? Check. Keys, mints (not gum, I hate gum), lash curler, hand cream, fave sunnies? Check! And I can’t forget my three favourite lip products: Nivea SPF 30 lip balm, Revlon’s Love that Red and MAC’s Morange.
PS. I set up a poll over on my Facebook page about what you’d like to see more on CHEAP THRILLS. Check it out and let me know!

>Wow – the bag is incredible. I always get really impressed by people who've made their own clothes/accessories. Absolutely LOVE the vintage camera case for your phone too. Also, this is weird, but we have exactly the same Eiffel Tower key ring on our keys! Except mine is in bright pink but most of the paintwork has come off now so it is once again resembling silver.
